Discontinued Fence Clip — Scan to Replacement
A client needed replacement clips to repair a custom fence after the overseas manufacturer discontinued the part. I 3D scanned their spare clip, rebuilt it in CAD, and printed a PLA prototype before producing the final replacements in PETG-CF. Portable Laptop Stand — Lenovo P14s
Designed to fit my Lenovo P14s, this stand combines a black PETG-CF structure, blue TPU bottom grips and a red PLA connecting clip. It breaks down into compact pieces for travel and raises the laptop to leave more space underneath for airflow. Services: custom CAD design, prototyping and multi-material 3D printing.
Custom Dashboard Garage Door Button
I designed and printed a custom insert for an unused dashboard switch opening, then integrated a physical pushbutton with an existing wireless garage door remote. The result gives the driver a conveniently placed button with a fitted housing. Services: custom CAD design, fitment prototyping and 3D printing.
Retro Handheld-Style Phone Case
A personal design project for the iPhone 15 Pro, combining a fitted phone case with a retro handheld-inspired form.
